I've been doing both for the most part. Today...?
I ate french toast, and had a plum on the side with a bottle of water. (Never thought that I'd love water as much as I do now. I used to loathe drinking it.)
This morning, I went for a mile walk using my daughter's MP3 player jamming out to the New Kids On The Blocks new single. "I Like(The Remix)".

It definitely made me walk a little faster, and was just more entertaining and less stressful. Course that could be because I have a HUGE crush on Donnie Wahlberg.

Relaxed for a little while, chatted with my niece, Cathy for a while, and then asked my daughter if she wanted to go see the horses.
Did you know that horses don't like celery? At least these horses didn't. HAHA

Then I walked around Walmart to get MORE exercise with my daughter, picked out a few things. Looked at clothes for Blayne, wishing I had more money to buy him some more summer outfits.
Got home, and was pleasantly surprised with dinner that my son in law, Cody made.

After my daughter, son in law and grandson left, two of my daughters and walked to the big park after Isabel begged a few hundreds times to go to. haha
It was cold out there with the wind coming off the lake. It's still frozen over too. It's half way through April. It should be unthawed by now.
And now... I'm getting ready for bed. Been a long day with LOTS of sunshine and fresh air.
