Bye Bye Pound

Weighed myself holding my breath this morning. Afraid of the scale.  haha.    But it showed that I've lost another pound.  I'm at a TEN pound weight loss in a month and a half JUST by eating right, counting those calories, and...  walking every day, sometimes more than once, and with a little strength training.

Today is a blustery day.  Ugh!  Where did spring go?!?!   Someone chased it away, and replaced it with cold temps and snow.    It's only 36 degrees out with a wind chill of 27.  :(

I think that from now on,  I'm only going to weigh myself once every 2 weeks.   That'll seem more like an accomplishment.   Not that losing ONE lb isn't.

Just came back from my walk to the hospital.  My left leg's calf muscles hurt really bad.  Not sure why, when my right leg doesn't.  Hmm...  

I reached a goal of 10 lbs so I get my reward of coloring my hair.  Any suggestions?
