Don't Fall For The Easy Way Out-- You'll Fail

Everyone is looking for the "easy" way out in losing those inches we've acquired.   But taking diet pills or using body wraps or other gimicks are only a temporary solution.   They don't work long term.    As soon as you get to the weight that you want, you stop using the "easy fix", and you'll go right back to what you were doing before.   Which means, gaining the weight back.    Come on, you're better than that!  Don't fall for these schemes.

LOSING weight and KEEPING it off means CHANGING the way that you look at your body and how you take care of it.  Which means,  changing what you eat.   Looking at food in a different way.  It is meant to nourish our bodies. But many of us over eat, or eat when we're bored, or stressed out.  Or... depressed.  Before you eat something, ask yourself...  AM I REALLY HUNGRY?

EAT healthy!  Exercise daily!   Count your calorie intake.  Watch your fat and carbs intake.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.    Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.   That means at least four bottles of water a day.  Now you may be saying "What!? I can't drink that much."  YES YOU CAN!!!  I have been.     I went from drinking 2-3 cans of soda a day to ONLY drinking water or Crystal Light drink mixes added.  TRUST ME!  It can be done!      There are LOTS of delicious no sugar drink mixes out there that you can't tell that they have no sugar.   My favorite is Great Value Strawberry Watermelon.  I LOVE it!!!  And I don't feel deprived, because it tastes just like Kool Aid.

Before you start to spend all that money on diet schemes that don't work long term...   think about what you can do by YOURSELF.  FOR YOURSELF!!!

Now, put your pocket book away, and forget about those so called fast weight loss products and save your money and reward yourself with something nice for all the pounds that you drop by doing it the RIGHT way!!
