Adding Strengthening Exercise To My Routine

Good evening! 
Today,   my daughter and I walked around Walmart for 90 minutes.   According to SparkPeople's exercise tracker,  we burned 500 + calories.   Wow.   
Anyways... I bought these today to add to my exercise routine.   Dumbbells.   I will be doing strengthening exercises 3-4 x daily.  

Thursday is weigh in day. I am anxious to see if I'm made any progress.  I have noticed that my pants are fitting looser.  :)  

Well,  keep on,  keeping on!
